Take appropriate action to concur with issuance of Determination Letter and approve Participation Agreement on a City of Austin project - Jolleyville Reservoir Site project activities as part of a northwest Austin water treatment and distribution system.

Background

Application #20101105 has been submitted and a review of the referenced project completed in accordance with the Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan (RHCP). The mitigation fee for the referenced project will be $500.00. Upon acceptance of terms of the determination letter and receipt of the participation fee the Participation Agreement will be provided to the applicant for completion and filing. Signature of the appropriate county official (judge) will occur after acceptance by the applicant.
