Take appropriate action on concurrence with Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) issuing Participation Agreement on Lower Colorado River Authority Transmission Services Corporation (LCRA-TSC) relocation project T-413 for transmission line relocation adjacent to SH 195.
Background
The WCCF issued a Deteermination Letter to LCRA-TSC January 6, 2010. The project was delayed so at LCRA's request the mitigation for this project - $2665.00 - was delivered and received 13 September 2010. The project is now ready to proceed and the Participation Agreement has been prepared. A copy is attached.
