Consider and take appropriate action on Amendment No. 1 to Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services Between Williamson County and Block House Creek MUD.

Background

The requested amendment addresses the number of hours worked currently listed at 182 in the existing agreement to be reduced to 175 hours. Additionally, the amendment eliminates the $455 monthly coordinator fee and provides for compensation for the coordinator to be done as a component of hours worked. Hal Hawes, Legal Advisor to the Commissioners Court, has reviewed the propose amendment and approved it as to form.
