Background
The WCCF has issued a determination letter for this 1.74 acre tract located at Tract 1, Lot 5, Block A, Great Oaks; aka 15917 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX 78717. The fee for this mitigation is $200.00. This property - Williamson County Appraisal District Property ID R403591 - will be enrolled into the tax benefit plan for the county's Habitat Conservation Plan.
