To discuss and approve the wording of the County Clerk's certification to be included on any plat coming before Court.(Appendix C 5)
Background
Failed to change the wording on the certification section that is included on all plats that come before court. It just changes the wording to reflect that plats are filed in Official Public Records and the cabinet in which is resides is no longer mentioned. We should have done this when we changed sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the sibdivision regulations.
