BE IT REMEMBERED that at 8:30 A.M. on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2009, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

	Valerie Covey, Commissioner Precinct 3
	Ron Morrison, Commissioner Precinct 4

REGULAR AGENDA

Canvass the 2009 Constitutional Amendment Election for Williamson County and discuss and approve all necessary documents certifying the returns are official and correct.

Elections Administrator Rick Barron addressed the Court.

Motion By: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long

Second By: Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman

Motion: To approve all necessary documents certifying that the returns for the 2009 Constitutional Amendment Election on November 3, 2009 for Williamson County are official and correct .
