BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:52 A.M. on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2009, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners’ Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. art. 6702-1, acting as ex-officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, the following being present, to-wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the minutes of the last meeting.

Discuss and take appropriate action on the Northeast Round Rock Road District #1, including, but not limited to payment of bills.
  No action was taken.
             
3. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.
  No action was taken.
             
4. Consider approving Road District collections for the month of October 2009 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.
