Discuss and take appropriate action on agreement with Lone Star Circle of Care for participation in Williamson County Mental Health Grant Program.
Background
This contract is for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2009 and ending September 30th, 2010 and is a continuation of the Program that began last fiscal year. The Program is funded out of the Tobacco Account. The Court approved the allocation not to exceed $320,000 during the County budget process. The County Auditor's and County Attorney's offices have participated in revising the contract as suggested upon completion of the audit by the Internal Auditor's office. Hal Hawes drafted the language for the revisions.
