Discuss and take appropriate action on an interlocal agreement with the City of Leander for the construction, operation and maintenance of San Gabriel Parkway, including improvements to the intersection of San Gabriel Parkway and Bagdad Road.
Background
This interlocal agreement was approved by the City of Leander. The City will be responsible for contracting for engineering design, plans and specifications for the Project. They will also award the contract, coordinate and be responsible for the acquisition of all right-of-way, drainage easements, and other appurtenances necessary for the Project. The City will also annex the roadway and be responsible for operating and maintaining the Project after completion.
