Discuss personnel issues (EXECUTIVE SESSION as per VTCA Govt. Code sec 551.074 Deliberation regarding matters concerning personnel) Reorg of HR Dept.

Background

Pursuant to the appointment of the Human Resources Director, the Court is asked to consider the reorganization of the staff positions within this department. The reorganization maintains the 10.2 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) positions. However, under the proposed reorganization, the salaries line items for 402 and 886 are reduced by a total of approximately $40,000 annually with fringes.

A departmental organizational chart and a spreadsheet outlining the proposed positions and corresponding salaries is attached for review.
