NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT November 12, 2009 8:30 a.m.


		The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in special session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

	1.	Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

		REGULAR AGENDA

	2.	Canvass the 2009 Constitutional Amendment Election for Williamson County and discuss and approve all necessary documents certifying the returns are official and correct.

		EXECUTIVE SESSION "The Commissioners Court for Williamson County reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations regarding Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations regarding Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations regarding Security Devices) and 551.087 (Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations)."

	3.	Comments from court members.
