Discuss and take appropriate action on Resolution for TxDOT Advance Funding Agreement Williamson County #0683-01-080, 081 & 082 for RR 620: Wyoming Springs, Oaklands and Deepwood for the construction of right turn lanes at Wyoming Springs, Oaklands and Deepwood on RM 620 in Round Rock.

Background

If payment has been made on the original RR 620 AFA approved by Commissioners Court on August 15, 2007 with the resolution appearing on the November 6, 2007 Court Agenda then the amount due for this AFA and resolution is only $4,634.00. Making the total payment to TxDOT for RR 620 from Cornerwood to Deepwood $82,529.00.
