Discuss and take appropriate action on Resolution for TxDOT Advance Funding Agreement Amendment #1 Williamson County #0683-01-079 RR 620: Cornerwood to Wyoming Springs for the consturciton of right turn lanes at various locations and a continuous left turn lane throught the project length on RR 620 from Cornerwood to Deepwood.
Background
The resolution releasing payment on the original AFA appeared on the 11-06-07 Court's Agenda in the amount of $77,895.00. This current payment in NOT in addition to the original amount. If the $77,895.00 has been paid to TxDOT the new amount of $70,943.00 does not need to be paid.
