Discuss and take appropriate action on TxDOT Advance Funding Agreement Amendment #1 for Williamson County 0683-01-079 RR 620: Cornerwood to Wyoming Springs for the construction of right turn lanes at various locations and a continuous left turn lane throughout the project length on RR 620 from Cornerwood to Deepwood.

The original AFA was executed by the County on August 15, 2007 and the resolution appeared on the November 16, 2007 Court Agenda. The original payment amount to TxDOT was $77,895.00.
