Discuss and take appropriate action on Resolution for TxDOT Advance Funding Agreement for Williamson County #2211-01-022 FM 2338: From 0.3 Miles West of FM 3405 To 5.6 Miles West of IH 35 (Jim Hogg Road) in accordance with the Agreement to COntribute Funds - Local Government  (Increment Payments) executed by the County on September 6, 2005 for right of way acquisition and eligible utility relocation costs.
