The County originally purchased property from the above named grantees for the construction of a roadway known as County Road 300. During the design phase of County Road 300, the County decided to realign the path of the roadway. Thus, a portion of the grantees' property is now not needed for the roadway. The portion that is not needed will be quitclaimed back to the grantees. In exchange for the County's grant of the proposed quitclaim deeds, the County will be receiving back the same unit price that was originally paid to the grantees.
