Discuss and consider noting the releases of 10 foot public utility easements on both the north and south sides of Lot 9, Hilltop Acres.   Pct. #4
Background

Mr. & Mrs. Preston Harvey own Lots 8, 9, & 10 of Hilltop Acres.  They would like to use these lots as one property. Therefore they want the easements between Lots 8 and 9 and between Lots 9 and 10 to be noted that the utilities for this area have released the 10 foot easement on both sides of Lot 9, Hilltop Acres.
