Discuss and take appropriate action on Resolution for TxDOT Advance Funding Agreement for I-35 northbound frontage road ramps between RM 2243 and Westinghouse Road.
Background
This Advanced Funding Agreement was approved by the Commissioners Court on Agust 14, 2007 and signed by the Judge on August 15, 2007. This resolution will allow the Judge's office to release payment to TxDOT.
