Discuss and consider appropriate action on Resolution for TxDOT Advance Funding Agreement for RR 620 construction of left and right turn lanes at various location from Cornerwood to Deepwood.
Background
This Advanced Funding Agreement was approved by the Commissioners Court on August 14, 2007 and signed by the Judge on August 15th, 2007. The resolution will allow the Judge's office to release payment to TxDOT.
