Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the County Judge.
Background
This transfer is to move the funding for the switchboard operator. During the budget process an alternative was discussed to give our office the discretion in hiring two part time staff instead of one full time staff member. The two staff members have been hired and this transfer enables us to properly code their pay.
