Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding a Supplemental Utility Agreement in the amount of $180,280.94 for RM 620 Safety Improvements, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct.1.
Background
The supplemental agreement is necessary to reimburse Atmos Energy an additional $47,900.65 for costs incurred due to installation by bore instead of open-cut. This change in construction relocation method was due to field conditions and installation of a service line by an approved Change Order. The actual cost of the relocation is now $450,210.07, with 26.57% being reimbursed by the County for a total reimbursement amount of $119,620.82.
