Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the FY 2016 Williamson County Resolution for the Indigent Defense Grant Program.
Background
Funding period is October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016. Approval of the Resolution by Commissioners' Court is required for eligibility. The signed Resolution is due for submission to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission by November 16, 2015.
