Discuss, consider, and take action on the approval of the Interlocal Agreement between the Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) and Williamson County on the access and use of the Regional Notification System (RNS).
Background

The Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) has provided a Regional Notification System (RNS) for use by local government entities for the purpoase of mass notification. The system is primarily used for or during emergencies to warn citizens of impending danger or to provide immediate instructions for life safety.
