Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on rejecting bids received for IFB#1507-004, Round Rock Building A and B Parking Lot Fog Seal, and authorizing Purchasing Agent to re-advertise and receive bids for same under new IFB#1509-016.

Background

This is a rebid of 1507-004, to solicit qualified companies to provide materials, experienced fog seal (Polymer-Modified Emulsified Asphalt Surface Treatment) and striping crews and equipment to resurface the Williamson County Round Rock Building A & B parking lot detailed in the plans. The specifications have been revised in order to clarify Quality Control and Quality Assurance requirements.
