Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding extending Williamson County Proposal #15RFP103 Janitorial Services with Members Building Maintenance, LLC for the contract period beginning October 1, 2015 through September 30,2016 for the same pricing, terms, and conditions as the existing contract.

Background

If approved, this first extension will be a twelve (12) month increment with the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract. The total period of this contract, including all extensions will not exceed a maximum combined period of thirty-six (36) months.
