Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 15 in the amount of $60,567.98 for IH 35 Northbound Frontage Road, a Pass Through Financing Project in Commissioner Pct. 3.
Background
This Change Order adds new Contract items and additional quantities for the installation of three permanent traffic counters to quantify traffic on the IH 35 northbound frontage road. The counters are necessary to fulfill the requirements for TxDOT to reimburse Williamson County in accordance with the Pass Through Financing Agreement No. PT2010-006-01.
