Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to contract with Adam Heath Construction, fully executed on August 6, 2015, in the amount of $3,600.00 for sign shop renovations.
Background
This change order would be utilized to install partitions in the restrooms. This project is nearly complete, with the change order and minor punch items remaining to be completed. The Original Contract amount was $25,885.00, Change Order # 1 would increase the contract amount by $3,600.00, for an adjusted, Total Contract Amount of $29,485.00. No additional days will be added to, or deducted from, the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
