Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Authorized User Agreement between Williamson County, Texas and Touchstone Television Productions, LLC (Touchstone) in relation to Touchstone’s use of the Old Williamson County Jail for production activities entitled “AMERICAN CRIME”.

Background

The form of agreement used for this location is based on the form of agreement used for Touchstone’s use of the Juvenile Center. Location specific revisions were necessary and were included in the agreement. Connie Watson will serve as the county’s designated representative. Touchstone will pay License Fees to Williamson County as follows:

1. Filming Per Day: $1,500.00

2. Preparation and Wrap-Up Per Day: $1,000.00

Touchstone will pay a License Fee to be paid to Williamson County Brown Santa as follows:

1. Per Day Fee for Each Day of Filming, Preparation and Wrap-Up: $250.00
