Discuss and take appropriate action regarding a Supplement to the Standard Utility Agreement for PAETEC for utility relocation on IH 35 Northbound Frontage Road Project and reimbursement of the relocations.

Background

PAETEC had existing facilities to be relocated to accommodate the roadway improvements. The supplemental agreement is necessary to reimburse PAETEC an additional $317,990.47 for costs incurred for over 3700' of additional relocations that were required at the West Fork Smith Branch Bridge & retaining walls and north of FM 2243 (Leander Road). The total cost of the relocation is now $505,314.49, with 100% being reimbursed by the County.
