Discuss and take appropriate action regarding a Supplement to the Standard Utility Agreement for Manville WSC for utility relocation on the County Road 170 Project and reimbursement of the relocations.

Background

Manville WSC had existing facilities to be relocated to accommodate the roadway improvements. The supplemental agreement is necessary to reimburse Manville WSC for the additional costs incurred to extend their relocations from Sta 33+00 to Sta 37+00, including boring under an existing gas line and Pecos River Drive, to clear conflicts with the construction of the roadway. The total cost of the relocation is now $376,607.99, with 100% being reimbursed by the County.
