Discuss and consider approving Klotz Associates, Inc. contract for the SH 130 Frontage Road project as part of the 2013 Road Bond program.
Background
The compensation cap is set at $500,000.00. Under this contract Klotz will be doing the Environmental reevaluation and updating the traffic operations analysis on all three (3) phases of the SH 130 Frontage Roads project. Then they will only be doing the design on the SH 130 SBFR Phase 3 project. The Court previously allocated $250K to P302 for SH 130 SBFR Phase 3, $500K to P299 for SH 130 NBFR Phase 2, and $1M to P298 for SH 130 NBFR Phase 1.
