Discuss and take appropriate action regarding a Supplement to the Standard Utility Agreement for SuddenLink for utility relocation on the IH 35 Northbound Frontage Road Project and reimbursement of the relocations.
Background
SuddenLink had existing facilities to be relocated to accommodate the roadway improvements. The supplemental agreement is necessary to reimburse SuddenLink an additional $10,122.13 for costs incurred due to the cancellation of the originally proposed joint utility bore on IH 35 with Georgetown Electric & AT&T and a redesigned relocation plan that allowed SuddenLink to attach to the Georgetown Electric utility poles. The total cost of the relocation is now $53,286.08, with 100% being reimbursed by the County.
