Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the replat of Lot 3B for the Durham Park Sec 6 - Pct 2
Background
This is a replat of Lot 3B of the Durham Park Sec 6 subdivision.  Lot 3B is being split into 5 individual parcels ranging from 2.4 to 5.6 acres each.  The southernmost lot will have access to/from existing Huling Bend.  The four north lots will have access to/from existing Birdsong Cove.  In order to accomplish this, the Owner is dedicating a public right-of-way for, and will be constructing, a cul-de-sac on the west end of Birdsong Cove in accordance with Williamson County specifications.  This construction is not yet complete, but the Owner has deposited a cash performance bond in the amount of $40,745.50 to cover the cost of construction.
