Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Non-Construction Advanced Funding Agreement for an On System and Off System Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Deployment Project with the Texas Department of Transportation and the City of Round Rock.

Background

This is a new agreement, but essentially an extension to the previous agreement with TXDOT and City of Round Rock for connecting the dispatch systems to share information with TXDOT. No terms have changed except for the dates.
