Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on acknowledging the receipt of the Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting for Fiscal Year 2013 and the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting for Fiscal Year 2013 from the Government Finance Officers Association.

Background

Attached are the announcements and camera ready copies of the Certificates. This is the 23rd year for the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting and the 9th year for the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting.
