Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement between the McKinley County Board of Directors, New Mexico and Williamson County in relation to Williamson County’s bid for Electronic Plumbing Valves, 14IFB00245.
Background
Mckinley County would like to take advantage of Williamson County's cooperative clause and piggyback off of the recently awarded bid for Electronic Plumbing Valves with I-Con. I-Con agreed in their bid submittal to extend pricing to other agencies that wish to utilize this contract.
