Consider appointing Rebecca O’Bryan-Lieb to the Williamson County Child Welfare Board, for a 3 year term to begin October 2014 and end on September 30, 2017.

Background

Dianne Howell, President of the Williamson County Child Welfare Board, is recommending the appointment of Rebecca O’Bryan-Lieb to the board to serve a 3 year term effective immediately and to end on September 30, 2017. She will be replacing Pat Herff on the board. Ms. Herff no longer lives in Williamson County and cannot continue to serve on the board. Rebecca lives in Taylor, Texas and has attended several board meetings. Like many before her, she has already jumped in with both feet and is volunteering her time and talents for the good of the board and the foster children of Williamson County. Mary Clark has spoken to Rebecca and she is willing to serve. Attached is Rebecca O’Bryan-Lieb’s application as well as letter from Dianne Howell asking for the courts support.
