Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding proposals received for Pecan Harvesting Lease (Blackland Heritage County Park), proposal # 14RFP00235 to the best proposal meeting specifications – Stewarts Pecan Farm and authorize the County Judge to execute the Lease Agreement.

Background

Rob Stewart was the only proposal received for the proposal to provide a pecan harvester for the harvesting of an estimated 200 native and mature pecan trees that are situated on approximately 90 acres out of a tract of land known as the Blackland Heritage County Park.
