Consider authorizing the road bond budget transfer request as per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager to move the following funds between projects.  Move $1,200,000 from non-departmental (P156) to CR 110 North Phase 3 (CR 107 to SH 130) (P267),  and $300,000 from Seward Junction Study (P233) to CR 110 North Phase (P267). Also, move $560,000  from non-departmental (P156) to move $200,000 to CR 258 Phase II (P246), $10,000 to SH 29 Left Turn Lanes at Liberty Hill (P246), and $350,000 to Lakeline Blvd @ US 183 Project (P252).
