Background

Mr. Smith is a landowner who accesses his property by utilizing CR 225. Mr. Smith has agreed to donate approximately 200 tons of crushed limestone (an estimated value of $1,000) to the County in performance of minor roadway repair on the portion of CR 225 that is adjacent to his property. CR 225 is a gravel road at this location.
