Discuss and consider approving entering into an Interlocal Agreement with Rockwall County, Texas, in connection with the UOCAVA Voter Services and eBalloting system to be used by the Your Texas - Your Vote Consortium of Counties.

Background

The Elections Office has been utilizing the online sample ballot function provided by vendor Democracy Live. The UOCAVA solution includes the sample ballot function we have had and adds electronic ballot delivery to military and overseas voters.
