Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Sheriff's Office

Background

This transfer is for purchase required software updates and maintenance agreements for the forensic computer lab. With the changing technology in computers and cellular phones, continued software upgrades are required. This was requested in the FY2013/2014 budget but was not approved.

Note from Budget Office: This item was rejected because it appeared to be an "upgrade" vs a continuance of an existing license based on the justification/information provided. We have since discussed this with the SO and would have certainly recommended the item had we known.
