Shin Oak Realty is a full service Real Estate brokerage firm formed 19 years ago by Randall (Randy) O’Dell. Mr. O’Dell is a fully licensed Real Estate broker currently holding a State of Texas license - number 0219426. This request meets the requirements outlined in the Request For Qualifications #07WCRFQ505.
