Consider awarding bids received for Structural Repairs for the Williamson County Parking Garage at the Justice Center Complex, Bid # 13IFB00132 to the lowest responsible bidder – Restek, Inc.; and approving the Construction Agreement for execution.

Background

Restek, Inc. was the lowest bidder that received a minimum quality and experience score of 85 based on the required criteria and scoring method set forth in for the Williamson County Parking Garage at the Justice Center Complex, Bid # 13IFB00132. Thus, Restek, Inc. is being proposed for award as the lowest responsible bidder.

The Williamson County Purchasing Department has notified the lowest bidder, Southwest Construction, of the proposed award to the second lowest bidder, Restek, Inc., prior to this item being considered at the October 15, 2013 session of the Williamson County Commissioners Court.
