Background
This is a revision to the overall Rancho Sienna preliminary plat as a 1,297 single-family home development. The development recently changed ownership hands (from William Gunn, Rancho Sienna, Ltd. to Nash Rancho Hills, LLC) and also Engineer (from Randall Jones to Bury+Partners). The previous preliminary plat was approved on April 26, 2005. Since that time, five sections have been developed (Sections 1, 2, 5, 12A and the Amenity Center), and final plats subsequently recorded. This overall revision affects the remainder of the development.
