Consider delcaring an emergency and approving a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the County Clerk Records Mgmt & Preservation Fund
Background

During the budget request process a quantity of "1" was entered for new computers when a quantity of "15" was needed.  This amendment will provide the additional funding necessary to purchase the correct number of replacement computers.  This fund is not part of the general/road & bridge/debt service fund and does not impact the tax rate.
