Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for MOT
Background
MOT has three computers that were not due for replacement until FY 15. MOT was informed by IT just recently that the installation of Imprivata which is required since these computers run OSSI MCT, may affect and/or conflict with other programs on the computer and computer replacement is necessary.
