Discuss and take appropriate action authorizing the Judge to sign a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program on the Ronald Reagan North Phase IV Project.

Background

The Ronald Reagan North Phase IV Project has a TCEQ approved Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP). Due to minor anticipated changes such as driveway modifications that have been requested during construction, a revision of the WPAP will be submitted to TCEQ for approval. The County previously authorized an employee of AECOM to submit the WPAP on behalf of the County, however that person is no longer employed by AECOM. A new TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize a different employee of AECOM to submit the needed revision of the WPAP for TCEQ review and approval.
