Background

This is a proposed rural subdivision of 28.8 acres of land located on County Road 200 into 13 lots of approximately 2
acres each, and includes 1,145 feet of new road (Sunrise Circle). Construction is now complete. The preliminary plat was approved on March 26, 2013.
