Discuss and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Georgetown relating to the construction of an Extension of Madrid Drive, Georgetown, Texas.
Background
Madrid Drive is located in the City of Georgetown (City) and is constructed to the City limits. W. Sequoia Spur is located in the County. The City has requested that Madrid Drive be extended to connect to W. Sequoia Spur in order to provide for connectivity between the Georgetown Village Development, located in the City, and the Serenada Development, located in the County.

The City has previously collected the amount of $4,767.00 from the Developer of the Georgetown Village Development as its proportionate share of the cost to extend Madrid Drive to connect with W. Sequoia Spur and the City will tender said amount to the County upon approval and execution of this agreement. The County will provide the remainder of the project funding and will construct the extension under the agreement.
